Move-in Promotion
- First full month free upon successful move-in prior to 6/30/24.
Referral Promotion
- Current tenant will receive a discount equal to tenant's current monthly rate for each successful move-in referral. This credit will be applied in the second full month of referral tenant occupancy. There are no limits to how many referrals can be given to receive the referral promotion.
Military & Law Enforcement
- 20% off one full month's rent. This promotion is applied in the second full month of occupancy.
