Current Promotion
- 50% off of the first and second full month upon successful move-in prior to 4/30/24.
Referral Promotion
- Current tenant will receive a discount equal to tenant's current monthly rate for each successful move-in referral. This credit will be applied in the billing period following the minimum 30-day referral tenant occupancy. There are no limits to how many referrals can be given to receive the referral promotion.
Military & Law Enforcement
- In addition to the Summer Special, you will receive 20% off one full month's rent. This promotion is applied in the second month of occupancy.
